By implementing the ceramic into an aluminum alloy, the particles are held securely.  The rough application method provides very secure traction.   When our molten metal alloy is atomized it hardens, it leaves a very sharp surface with each particle displaying a random structure.  Silvagrip® abrasives are encapsulated by molten metal and solidified in position permanently, just as a resin holds its’ particles but our metal alloy doesn’t soften with heat, making Silvagrip® superior in durability via engineering.
